The Helmand Academic and Research International Journal (HARIJ) invites researchers, academicians, and professionals to submit original, high-quality manuscripts for publication in Volume 2, Issue 2 (2026).
Scope
HARIJ accepts original research articles, review articles, and case reports in the following fields:

- Veterinary Science
- Civil Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering
- Mathematics

- Chemistry

- Submission Deadline: 30 September 2026

Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts must be prepared using the official HARIJ Manuscript Template.
- Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
