About the Journal
Helmand Academic and Research International Journal (HARIJ) is a peer-reviewed, double-blind, open-access journal published by Helmand University, Afghanistan. The journal publishes original research and review articles in agriculture, veterinary sciences, engineering, natural sciences, and related fields. HARIJ releases two issues annually (June and December), assigns DOIs to all articles, and charges no submission or publication fees. The journal is committed to high ethical standards, rigorous peer review, and long-term digital archiving.
